See and turn off all your reminders

On My Lists, open the menu and tap All reminders. Swipe a reminder to snooze or turn it off, or tap Select to handle several at once.

Updated September 30, 2026 · 3 min read

The Reminder Center shows every active reminder across your lists on one screen: reminders on items, reminders to open a list, and heads-ups for lists that reset. On My Lists, tap the menu button (☰) at the top right and choose All reminders.

Open the Reminder Center

Any of these gets you there:

  • On My Lists, tap the menu button (☰) and choose All reminders.
  • On any list, tap the bell at the top right, then Reminder Center.
  • On My Lists, tap the gear next to the title and choose Reminders.

Reminders are grouped by when they go off: Overdue, Today, Tomorrow, This week, Later and Scheduled. Each one is labeled To-do, List or Auto-reset so you can tell them apart. Tap a reminder to open its item, or the list's scheduling settings.

Handle one reminder

  • Swipe left to reveal two buttons: the clock snoozes the reminder, and the crossed-out bell turns it off. Keep swiping all the way to turn it off in one go.
  • Swipe a to-do right to check it off. Its reminder goes with it.

Turning a reminder off keeps its date and settings, so switching it back on later from the item or list is quick. Undo is in the banner for a few seconds after each change.

Snoozing offers In 3 hours, This evening, Tomorrow morning and Next week (whichever still make sense for the time of day), or Custom Date and Time. Auto-reset reminders follow their list's schedule, so they can't be snoozed; change the schedule instead (Make a list reset itself on a schedule).

Turn off several at once

  1. Tap Select at the top.
  2. Tap each reminder you want, or tap the select-all button to choose everything showing.
  3. Tap Actions at the bottom.
  4. Choose Turn off to stop them all, or Snooze to move them to a new time. Each button shows how many reminders it will change.

Undo brings them all back if you change your mind.

Find one fast

  • Search. Tap the magnifier and type part of a reminder's name or its list.
  • One list only. Tap All lists and pick a list.
  • Sort. Choose Soonest first, Latest first, By name (A–Z) or By list (A–Z).

If it says reminders are paused

A Reminders are paused banner means reminders are switched off in your settings, so nothing will go off. Tap the banner to go to Notifications and switch on Enable reminders. If reminders still don't arrive, see Reminders aren't arriving.

FAQ

Why isn't a reminder showing here?

The Reminder Center only lists reminders that are on. Reminders you've turned off, items you've checked off, and lists you've archived stay out.

Does turning off a reminder delete the item's due date?

No. The item keeps its date and time; only the reminder stops. Tap the item's bell whenever you want it back (Set reminders on items and lists).

Can I set up new reminders here?

No. Set a reminder from the item or the list itself, and it appears here.
